We email the card to the purchaser after payment is confirmed. Forward it when you’re ready, or open the attached card and print or save it as PDF.
Enter the code in the story basket before checkout. Unspent credit remains on the same code; pay any difference at checkout.
One gift card per new story. Cannot combine with promo/referral codes, buy another gift card, or pay for a later story upgrade.
Keep the code safe: anyone who has it can spend its available balance. A card reserved in an unfinished checkout may need that checkout cancelled before reuse.
You may request cancellation of an unused card within 14 days of purchase. For cancellation, a lost code, or a refund request, contact info@reimagia.com. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Refunds return to the original payment method after review; gift credit is not paid out as cash.
